Dear Members and Staff,

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for everyone at SCS Affordable Athletics For All.  To 

ensure we maintain our high standards, we are implementing updated policies and procedures. Please review the following guidelines 

carefully:

I. Membership Policies

A. Membership Requirements

1.  Age and Identification: Members are required to present a valid government-issued ID for age verification during the sign-up

   process.

2. Health and Safety: All members must complete a health questionnaire and sign a liability waiver before using the gym facilities.

   Those with known health issues should consult a physician before beginning any fitness regimen.

B. Membership Fees and Payment

1.  Payment Schedule: Membership fees are due on the [first] day of each month. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or

    direct bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional fees.

2. Cancellation Policy: Members wishing to cancel their membership must provide a written notice at least [30] days in advance.

   Refunds for unused months will not be Issued, but members may transfer their remaining membership period to another individual

    upon approval.
